To rent a house in the bridge of the Constitution costs us 21 euros for person and day

Rentalia.com, reference portal in holiday rent in Spain, Italy, Portugal and Andorra, has realized a study of the prices of the holiday rents in Spain for the bridge of the Constitution. The analysis shows that to rent a holiday house from the 4th until December 8 costs of average 20,7 euros for person and day. Also it is extracted from the study that the most expensive areas for this bridge are especially the big cities.
In particular, 5 provinces in which a week of rent has a higher price (expressed in euros / persons / day) are:
- Madrid (38,3 euros)
- Guipuzcoa (31,5 euros)
- Lleida (29,3 euros)
- Canaries (28,5 euros)
- Seville (26,7 euros)
On the contrary, 5 provinces in which a rent in the bridge of the Constitution would be more economic (expressed in euros / persons / day) are:
- Castellón (11,5 euros)
- Huelva (13,5 euros)
- Murcia (14,1 euros)
- Tarragona (16,1 euros)
- Almeria (16,9 euros)
The rest of provinces has a few very varied prices (expressed in euros / persons / day):
- Barcelona (26,7 euros)
- Balearics (25,7 euros)
- Granada (23,1 euros)
- Valencia (22,6 euros)
- Huesca (22,3 euros)
- Asturias (22,2 euros)
- Malaga (20,7 euros)
- Cordova (19,4 euros)
- Pontevedra (19 euros)
- Alicante (18,6 euros)
- Cantabria (18,3 euros)
- Cadiz (17,6 euros)
- A Coruna (17,3 euros)
- Girona (16,9 euros)
According to Marta Esteve, director of Rentalia.com "the rent of houses of holidays in big cities continues with his good tendency. Every time there is more demand in cities like Madrid, Guipuzcoa, Seville or Barcelona".

It shows: 4.530 houses with prices published in Spain.
Error margin: 1,4 %.
Canaries it appears like Autonomous region and not separated by provinces.
The provinces are not included in the study with less than 20 houses with released prices.
