Today we are glad of presenting our new Control panel to you for owners :)

This redesign brings with it a series of new advantages and functions that, without a minute that to lose, we happen to describe to you:
- The most common actions at the time of modifying your accommodations (to modify photos, calendar, prices...) you have them within reach of only one click.
- We have decided to give him more visibility to our invitation system so that you extract profit. He remembers that if you invite another owner your guest one will be able to save 20 euros on having hired and you will take 20 discount euros in your next renewal.
- You will be able to see the statistics of visits of each of your accommodations, including the historical one, although they are deactivated.
- All your accommodations will appear to you with a photo (the principal one, which also appears in the lists if it is in promotion Premium or Platinum), so that the management of all your houses turns out to be much simpler to you.
- We have made easier the access to the invoice of your accommodation. You will have a linkage in every accommodation (whenever it is of a promotion of payment) to consult his invoice.
- You will have at your disposal more options in the blocks "Your announcements, conditions and prices" and "Services for owners". Between the piece of news, encontráras advices to improve your announcement, news about interest for owners...: throw an eye to them!

To settle this, from now on in Rentalia you will be able to find accommodations "not verified" (with the same message of "Be cautious" as till now) and "verified" accommodations. Of the verified ones you will find 3 types:
- Verified by antiquity: the owner of this accommodation goes in Rentalia announcing some house more than 6 months, a time more than sufficient so that anyone of ours filters should detect a possible fraud and should reject this house.

It can be that you meet a house that takes a little time in Rentalia but it is verified because the owner takes a lot of time announcing other houses.
- Verified by direction: in this case we have verified that the owner has access to the accommodation that he announces. It can be that we have sent to him a letter (with a code that then the owner has had to say to us) or because we have sent one of our photographers to the house.

- Verified by antiquity and direction: combining the 2 previous cases you will be able to meet accommodations which owner takes in Rentalia more than 6 months and that also we have verified that it has access to the house that he announces.
