I revise 2009

It stays a little time so that 2009 ends, and from Rentalia we would like throwing the sight behind to do a revision to the innovations most emphasized of this year. There are developments and applications that we have thrown throughout this 2009 in order to facilitate the navigation to you for Rentalia. Here you have them:
- Searcher for photos: in January we release the eyelash "Photos" in our results lists. This small eyelash allows you something very big: to sail between the photos of all the accommodations of Rentalia. Thus if for you it is important that an accommodation has swimming pool, a big garden or a spacious lounge... you will be able to sail between the photos of swimming pools, gardens and lounges of the accommodations.
- Valuation of answer and of speed: also in the first month of the year we incorporate a novel development in our sector. With him, you have the possibility of knowing in advance the time that the owner will take in answering your e-mail. Also, you will be able to know what percentage of requests the owner of the accommodation answers.
As any pioneering development in a sector brought with it some problems of adaptation. Nevertheless to today they are increasingly the owners who give an excellent service in the contact with the traveler, and this way it is reflected by his valuations of answer and speed.
- Campaign "Invites other owners": from April, our owners can obtain big discounts inviting other owners to to join Rentalia. You invite more proprietary all that and they hire, more discounts you will obtain in your next renewal. This way of easy. :)
- Lists of favorite accommodations: to help you to prepare your holidays, in May we throw the lists of favorites. Thanks to them you can keep your favorite accommodations so that it is easier to consult them or to share them with your friends and partners of trip to you. It is so easy as to click in the icon that you will find in every announcement ;)
- Filters in the results lists: with the idea in the head of to that your accommodation search is the easiest and rapid possible, in November we release the filters in the results lists. Thanks to them you can perfect your search with a few clicks, always with the safety of which the results coincide with your desires.
- Verified and not verified accommodations: from August until December we have applied new progress which only end is to offer major transparence and safety to the traveler who wants to rent a holidays house.
Thus in Rentalia you can see the time of publication of all the houses. In case the house takes more than 6 months it will appear like "verified by antiquity". Also we have begun verifying the direction of the accommodations. In this case the accommodation would have the message "verified by direction".
